Own the Unknown

The 2019 brand campaign for the University of Queensland built on their existing brand platform ‘Own the Unknown’. While the platform had cut-through it needed to be contextualised for young students. Sometimes a fear can inspire a pathway and an understanding through education can lead to something even greater. In a reduced cohort the ‘Every known starts with an unknown’ campaign helped UQ not only maintain their first preference position but gain on the competition. The campaign extended across TV, OOH, social and digital.
